Your Google Sheets settings will be synced based on the currently connected account:
After this process, only the documents that BBP has permission to access will be listed. All other documents will be removed from your settings.

Grant Access to Google Sheets
To allow our app to access specific Google Sheets files, you need to manually share access with our service account. This is required for any files not created directly through our app.
Instructions:
Open the Google Sheets file you want to share.
Click on Share in the top right corner.
In the Add people and groups field, enter the following email:
Set the access level to Editor.
Click Send to save the changes.
And finally, go to your Google Sheets Manager page and click the Sync button to complete the update.
Once shared, our app will be able to access this file and include it in the list of available Google Sheets files.
